Congratulations Walpole warriors

Congratulations are in order for the Boys 7/8th Grade Walpole Warriors, who captured the BAYS Division 2 Championship this past weekend!


The Warriors put together an outstanding playoff run, defeating:

  • Mansfield, 1-0
  • Newton, 7-2
  • Weymouth, 4-1 in the championship game


Championship Roster:
Miguel Abreu, Adrian Bero, Brayden Caneja, Jovan Cianci, Noah Constante, Julian Filipi, AJ Finocchi, Griffin Mace, Finn Maffei, Benjamin Niles, Ronald Obour-Mensah, Maxwell Penza, Kyle Roberts, Jacob Travers, Declan Walsh, and Adithya Yathu.


A special congratulations as well to the coaching staff for their dedication and leadership throughout the season. Dana Niles, Mike Finocchi and Matt Roberts.


With the BAYS Division 2 title secured, the Warriors now advance to the Massachusetts Tournament of Champions (MTOC) this weekend at Progin Park in Lancaster, MA. Competition begins Friday and runs through Sunday as they take on some of the best teams from around the state.

Spring Registration 2026 on Playmetrics

Spring 2026 Registration is Now Open on Playmetrics! The Spring season will run from late March through the end of the school year . If this is your first time registering, you’ll need to: Create an account on Playmetrics. Download the Playmetrics app on your phone. Once your account is set up, please add your child(ren) to the program using the correct grade level they will be enrolled in for the spring season . Playmetrics will then display the appropriate programs based on your child’s age and grade. Important Tip  Go to Account Settings and enable Email, SMS, and Mobile App notifications for all alerts and updates. This ensures you won’t miss any critical or time-sensitive information before, during, or after the season. Most WYSA communication will be sent through Playmetrics to families and coaches.
